All Ages Show
This art
exhibit at Millennium Place showcases the environmentally fragile Sacred
Headwaters; an area of northern BC that is currently under threat from proposed
mining developments. Artists across Canada have been invited to interpret the
photography of Paul Colangelo, a renowned landscape photographer who has been
featured in National Geographic. The exhibit includes his images of the Sacred
Headwaters and interpreted artwork from First Nations and other Canadian
artists.
On April 27th, join us for an
evening art social to learn more about the Sacred Headwaters. The evening will
feature a presentation from Paul Colangelo, a short film, and storytelling from
six Tahltan nation women. Proceeds will go toward the Skeena Watershed
Conservation Coalition.
